 FISHING OR HUNTING

DRIFTWOOD WILDERNESS LODGE GUESTS HAVE OPTIONS!

Larsen Bay

The lodge is located in the village of Larsen Bay, Alaska. It is steps from the ocean and a stream called Humpy Creek where salmon spawn and the locals fish.

Since the freezers are at the Lodge, most fishing groups stay here.

Whitney Creek

(Under construction - available Fall 2026)

Newly built cabin for hunters has all the creature comforts, including WiFi, laundry, etc. It is across the bay from the village of Larsen Bay and the main lodge.

Hunters can hike to their hunting location or be dropped off by a DWL hunter transporter.  Sitka deer hunting transport is available.

Kalsin Bay Ranch

DWL’s new location offers pond, river and ocean fishing

This is the perfect spot for a group of hunters, fishermen or wilderness enthusiasts. It is far enough from Kodiak to provide a wilderness experience and close enough to pick up groceries or go out to lunch. For those who like river, pond and ocean fishing – the Pasagshak area has it ALL.

Each room has its own bathroom with shower. And this modern “guest house” has a full kitchen, dining area, laundry room, freezers and sitting room with TV and free wi-fi throughout.
